[kepler-dev] large checkin

Hey,

I just made a very large checkin with all of the new documentation code 
so that we can display the user documentation in kepler.  Please make 
sure you do a full cvs update (-dPA) to get all the changes.  You will 
also need to blow away your cache (~/.kepler) and your kar library 
(kepler/kar/*) and do a new 'ant buildkarlib' in order to see the full 
effect of the changes.  Please let me know if you see any error when 
you're rebuilding.
