Any data search with the GEON Ecogrid source enabled gives error messages (e.g.
     [java] ERROR
(org.ecoinformatics.seek.datasource.EcogridQueryDataCacheItem:
doWork:92) The exception in query is
     [java] AxisFault
     [java]  faultCode:
{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server.userEx
ception
     [java]  faultSubcode:
     [java]  faultString: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused:
connect

Metacat and Digir responses still seem to work OK even when these messages
occur.
