[kepler-dev] simple question with rebuilding kepler from sources

Hi Everyone
I got the correct sources for both ptolemy and kepler from the
respective cvs repositories with -P flags i.e. no empty directories
etc.
I'm able to build and test ptolemy independently and in the process
of building kepler I'm failing at ant run-dev stage with the same
error message that I saw couple of days ago which started me down
this path.
ant full-clean ptolemy (completes successfully)
ant buildkarlib (completed successfully)
ant run-dev FAILED
error message is very suspicious :-(
