[kepler-dev] simple question with rebuilding kepler from sources

If you want to recompile stuff, you'll definitely want the CVS version.
Let me know if no one responds to your cvs account request by
tomorrow. You'll also need to check out ptolemy from the CHESS CVS
server. See the build instructions here:
