[kepler-dev] [Bug 2438] - Actors to be Renamed

We've been referring to conversions as something that changes data in 
some significant way.  These actors, and several others, are really just 
file readers -- they only differ in the structural datatype that they 
produce, and they don't do any conversion of the data themselves.  So, 
during our conference call we said they should be named similarly to the 
other file readers that we have so that they are all consistently named 
and the distinctions among them are more obvious.  In terms of the 
ontology classification, I would lump them all under 'Data Input', with 
possibly a subcategory of 'File Reader'.
