On a Windows XP using kepler aplha-9, java 1.5.0_04:

When a workflow is saved and only the file name is given (no extension
provided) then the contents get written to a file without any extension and the
main kepler window is replaced with a window which displays the source code. 

Would prefer a default extension is none is supplied.
