[kepler-dev] tech writer

Hi all,

We're going to contract a technical writer to work with us this summer 
on the Kepler documentation.  Has anyone worked with a tech writer who 
they could recommend for this?  Or, do you have ideas about the best way 
to quickly find a good tech writer?  Feedback appreciated!
