[kepler-dev] Create Composite Actor icon fix, ptII update required.

The "Create Composite Actor" Kepler menu choice (aka
"CreateHierarchy") now creates a TypedCompositeActor with the proper
icon.

To get this change, and for Kepler to properly compile,
you will need to update the ptII CVS repository, particularly
ptolemy/moml/MoMLParser.java

Also 
kepler/configs/ptolemy/configs/kepler/uiMenuMappings_en_US.properties
would need to be updated and

#Tools->~Create\ Composite\ Actor=Graph->CreateHierarchy

changed to

Tools->~Create\ Composite\ Actor=Graph->CreateHierarchy
