[kepler-dev] draft getting started guide

Okay I've uploaded the getting started guide to CVS.  It can be found here:

 

kepler-docs/user/draft-getting-started-guide.doc

 

If you have suggestions for any key technical concepts to be added to
section 2, just add them.

 

Just want to note that the appendices A, B, C are just placeholders and/or
first cuts.  Someone with more in-depth technical knowledge needs to review
and extend these sections.
