[kepler-dev] Ptolemy's Case demo

Hi,

There was an email from Edward suggesting using the new Case actor for
performing if-then-else in SDF.
I tried to open the demo (ptII/ptolemy/actor/lib/hoc/demo/Case/Case.xml)
in Kepler, but it
  - cannot find the necessary ptolemy.codegen.kernel.StaticSchedulingCodeGenerator class
  - messes up the internals of the Case actor
