[kepler-dev] Icons

First mistake of 2006: I inadvertently checked in a configuration file 
that enabled the new SVG icons. I have now disabled them and checked the 
file in again. To get the newest copy, do a cvs update on:

kepler/configs/ptolemy/configs/kepler/svgIconDefaults.properties

Sorry for any undue distress this may have caused anyone's sense of 
aesthetics
