[kepler-dev] release conference call tomorrow

Today on IRC we discussed having a conference call tomorrow (Mar 1) to 
discuss the alpha9 release, and in particular those features that are 
not complete that may be deemed critical.  Please review the bugzilla 
entries beforehand, especially those marked as critical or blocker for 
alpha9.
