[kepler-dev] Alpha9 Release of Kepler

Hi Dan
The power went out here at UCB for 2 hours this morning.
I would like to look over the Ptolemy nightly build and see about
test failures.

I'd like to tag the Ptolemy tree around the same time as when the Kepler
tree is tagged.

My short list
 - nil tokens: I think I have something that works.  I've not done
   all the tokens.  We are to have a review today.
   The SequencePlotter handles nil tokens.
 - Welcome Window.  I've not had a chance to look over what what implemented.
   I'd like to do so.
 - Opening workflows when there is a blank workflow.
   I looked at this and it looks tricky.

    Hi All,
        As you know, the Alpha9 release of Kepler is scheduled for today. 
    Assuming the build is working, I will add a tag to the head of CVS about 
    4PM PST and build the installers. So please check your commits today and 
    try to not 'break the build' with checkins.
