[kepler-dev] Nightly zip problem with GARP

Laura,
    You indicated that you had a problem running GARP with the nightly 
zip file. It seems to work for me (Exactly which workflow failed?)

    But there may be another problem if you were running on a new 
'fresh' machine. If you look at the README.html in the zip dir you will see

On a Windows machine, some of the GARP examples may not run. This may be 
beacuse the system cannot locate the 'libexpat.dll'. Try copying that 
file from the $KEPLER\lib\ directory to the 'WINDOWS\system32\' directory.

Could that be your problem?
