[kepler-dev] Welcome window wrong sized...

Edward,

If by welcome window you are referring to the "intro.htm" file, that is 
not effected by any Kepler changes.  If you switch to using 
ptolemy.vergil.VergilApplication -kepler you will see the same behavior 
(scroll bars, etc).

However, if you are referring to the *other* welcome window, the one 
with the blue background, then that is only in the Kepler code.
