You can fix these yourself if you want - it's very easy - all you have to do is
edit the text file:

kepler/configs/prolemy/configs/kepler/uiMenuMappings_en_US.properties

and add the dots where needed. That file includes full innstructions in the
comments at the beginning

Probably quicker then writing the bug details ;-)
