Hi Niket,
First, I recommend that you go to www.kepler-dev.org and download
the Beta2 version of Kepler. If you are working with the Windows
version, R is included in the installer and you avoid problems with
getting R and Kepler working together! (also the alpha6 version is now
obsolete).
Also attached is a Kepler workflow that shows how an RExpression
actor can create a 3D plot. In this case, it is completely genrated by
the R script, but it could come from input ports added to the
RExpression actor.
