[kepler-dev] Flipping ports

I'm checking in changes to the Pt II CVS repository
to leverage the change I made for Elaine's Viptos.
We now have commands in the context menu that flip and rotate
ports.

If you right click on an actor, there is now a submenu
(adding support for submenus was the hard part) called
"Appearance". It has in it the following commands:

   Edit Custom Icon
   Remove Custom Icon
   Flip Ports Horizontally
   Flip Ports Vertically
   Rotate Ports Clockwise
   Rotate Ports Counterclockwise

I also aggregated three other commands on the context
menu in a submenu called "Class Actions":
   Create Instance
   Create Subclass
   Convert to Instance

This makes the menu a bit shorter...
