Sure, there are several:
  - UpSample
  - DownSample
  - Chop
  - Repeat
  - SequenceToArray
  - SequenceToMatrix
  - FIR
  ...

The following have production/consumption rates that
depend on the width parameter of a linked relation:
  - Commutator
  - Distributor
