Closing this bug because the RExpression actor has been created. This actor
allows basic R functionality to be easily inserted into a Kepler workflow and
has conversion i/o routines for connecting to Kepler tokens as R objects.

Note that only a subset of all R object types are handled, but these include
arrays and dataframes.
