[kepler-dev] compile problem - ptolemy.moml.LibraryBuilder

Hi Again,
    I just checked out Ptolemy from the head of the PT CVS and the 
'missing file' now appears to be there! I have no idea why it apparently 
was not there over the weekend! I can compile with no problem.
