[kepler-dev] Web Service Actor Behavior

Jianting,
There are 2 actors that I know of ('org.srb.SRBProxyCommand'
and'org.srb.SProxy') that still have not been corrected for the problem
of setting port containers to null (which is not allowed with PT CVS).
Maybe there is a bug in the fix to the Web Service actor to this problem
or it is calling one of these actors? [We changed a number of actors
recently because of this.]
