It appears that it should be:
http://dev.nceas.ucsb.edu:8080/ogsa/services/org/ecoinformatics/ecogrid/EcoGridQueryInterfaceLevelOneService

Because the "ecogrid.ecoinformatics.org:80" url doesn't work.

What is the correct value?
