[kepler-dev] eclipse .classpath and .project files

The two main eclipse configuration files are attached.  They don't seem 
to contain the runtime configuration information, so please note that I 
made changes to that section of the eclipse instructions in CVS -- and 
they have worked for both Rod and I.  You basically have to add a new 
-DKEPLER=/path/to/workspace/kepler VM argument to your Run configuration 
for it to run properly.
