[kepler-dev] Alpha 3 Installers

Hey All Keplerites,

    As you probably know, I have been tasked with putting together a new 
installer for Kepler today. I need to know when I can grab the head of 
CVS for this alpha3 release. Any stuff that just has to be in? I will 
need to use whatever is in the head of CVS sometime this afternoon.
