If you have a Kepler installation, then you will find a workflow
directory having subdirectories. One of those is 'orb'. That's your
heritage I guess ;-)
Possibly Tobin might help you find your way through those.
The one I was trying earlier is a 2-step workflow file called
OrbImageViewer.xml
