[kepler-dev] Clean targets

Hi all,

For convenience, I replaced the clean targets from 'partial-clean' and
'clean' to 'clean' and 'full-clean':

'ant clean' - deletes the build files (changed back to the original clean
target).
'ant full-clean' - deletes the build files and the ecogrid jars.
