[kepler-dev] Please run "ant full-clean" after you updating kepler code

Hi, everyone:

I just checked in some kepler files in order to making it consistent to 
the changes in ecogrid stuff.

If someone using new kepler cvs code but the old version of ecogrid lib, 
this will cause some compile problems. The solution is to run "ant 
full-clean" first. This command will delete the old version of ecogrid lib 
in the local machine and checkout the new version of ecogrid lib.

If someone doesn't have a account in our cvs, he/she should ask someone 
who has the new versions of ecogrid lib to copy the files into their 
machine. The ecogrid lib files are in kepler/lib/jar/ecogrid_client_lib.
