Version 4.0 of PTII includes a set of ImageProcessing actors under the
"moreLibraries/Generic" category. Included are ImageDisplay and ImageReader
actors. These actors are currently rather 'fragile' (catgory "Red") and some
additional capabilities would be very useful. e.g. scrollbars on containers
where images are displayed, ability to scale the display, create a display from
an arbitrary stream or data set, etc.
