[kepler-dev] Membership nomination: Tobin Fricke

If you are a contributing member of Kepler, read on.

I would like to nominate Tobin Fricke as a new Kepler member. Tobin
has made excellent contributions to Kepler, e.g., by implementing
several actors to access real-time data streams from sensor networks
(in the context of the ROADNet project) -- not to mention the online
demo via an applet and lots of other thoughts and contribs to
Kepler. See

If you are a Kepler member, please cast a vote to
kepler-dev at ecoinformatics.org by end of business Friday July 23. 

As usual, the possibilities are Approve, Neutral, Disapprove.  Note
