we need to add an interface to kepler to deal with querying the ecogrid for data
and services.  the interface that was discussed in january at nceas includes
adding a tab to the actor library with ecogrid search criteria.  when a search
is complete, the results of the search can be dragged onto the canvas where they
will access the grid on runtime.  jing, could you please add your notes from
that meeting to this bug?
