[kepler-dev] scrollbars and search panel

Hi,

I just got done merging all of the changes that are relevant for the 
search panel on the actor library as well as the scrollbar additions.  
If you check out (or update) kepler to the SCROLLBARS branch, you 
should be able to see the changes together.  Before the scrollbar 
changes will work, you need to run 'ant install' in the src/diva 
directory (I'll integrate that build into the main build file soon).  
Let me know if there are any problems.
