Subject: SVN, LDAP, and bugtracking interruption 9/17 at 5:30pm

Ceres will be taken offline for an estimated 30 minutes at 5:30pm 
Thursday, Sept. 17th in order to clone the server back to the original 
hardware.

Subversion, LDAP, Trac, Bugzilla, CVS, and some jspwiki-based websites 
will be down.

If this is going to cause major issues for anyone, please let me know.
