Hmmm..seems like most people think it could go either way.  Any other
opinions?  My personal asthetics leans me toward attribute.

I can undertsand your reservations, but I still like
"NomenCode/nomencode" -- though I am not committed to it in any way.

My preferences (in order) are:

1. NomenCode
2. NomenclatureCode
3. NomenclaturalCode
4. NameCode
5. ICN
6. NomenCodex

Other ideas?
