[tcs-lc] Basic Questions about TCS

Before I "shift gears", as I earlier threatened, I want to make sure that I
am armed with the latest information available about TCS, and do my best to
avoid asking questions or making points that have already been answered or
made via online-accessible documents.

1) Is the "most current" version of TCS v0.90b, available here:

Or is there a more current version?

2) Are there any updates to the documentation beyond those that are
available here:

3) Are there any other online discussions about TCS besides the ones
accessible via here:
http://www.soc.napier.ac.uk/tdwg/index.php?pagename=DraftStandardDiscussion
that would help me to understand the thought processes that established the
current version of TCS?

I have read most of these already, but will re-read them again tonight to
make sure that I didn't miss anything.
