[seek] New SEEK team member

[William Michener]

Please welcome Laura Downey to SEEK. She is our new usability engineer where
she'll concentrate her efforts on the SEEK project starting first with
Kepler.  Laura is formally trained as a computer scientist (M.S.) with an
emphasis on human computer interaction.  For the past 12+ years, she's
worked in usability and human factors engineering, and her background
includes experience in applied research, industry and government
contracting.  She describes herself as a passionate usability engineer whose
goal is to make technology work for people.

 

She will be working with all of us throughout the project and I believe that
her efforts will be instrumental for the community's adoption of SEEK tools.
