[seek-taxon] PLANTS Distribution Data distributed

Thanks Stinger!

This new file is more complete than any I have seen before.  Very 
interesting the degree of deviation from BONAP.  Obviously many non-BONAP 
records are present.  Were some BONAP records deleted as well, and some 
AC/SY relationships modified?  In short, to what extent can we deduce the 
content of the original BONAP data from what you sent?  Would be nice to 
be able to map the relationship between PLANTS 4 and BONAP.
