[SEEK-Taxon] deprecating old Wiki site

I haved move and converted the content from the old SEEK Wiki site
http://seek.speciesanalyst.net/
to the new one
http://seek.ecoinformatics.org

I think have gotten everything, but please confirm this so the old site can
be disabled.

I have put links pointing to the new site on some, but not all pages.  Also,
a few pages have different names than before, so just typing in the old page
name rather than browsing to the page won't work.
