[seek-taxon] Teleconference Time for SEEK_Taxon

Hello Taxon-SEEKers:

The scheduling for our SEEK-TAXON WG telecon this week is complex, sorry
that there is not a single half day when we are all available.  The best
time would be Thursday morning 18th at 10AM-12 NOON U.S. Central Daylight
Time (CDT=UTC 5 time -thanks Bob).
