[seek-logistics] IMPORTANT: changes to seek May meeting

We've just been notified by NSF that the scheduled SEEK site review is 
to be moved to an as yet unconfirmed date in early June.  As a result, 
we decided today to make some changes to the dates for the SEEK meeting 
in May to shorten it a bit and eliminate weekend travel.  Our current 
plan is to have the meeting on May 2-4, with travel on Monday May 1 and 
Friday May 5.  SEEK-exec will be staying on for a day longer to take 
care of some administrative and planning business.  I will be posting an 
agenda to the wiki early next week.

Many of you may have already planned your travel, and I am sorry for any 
inconvenience.  We will be sending an email with updated logistical 
details in the next few days as the schedule settles down.  In that 
email we will provide instructions on how to change your itinerary for 
those of you that might need to.
