UNM is closed Friday Dec 22 through Jan 2.  If you fax your form in 
today, then our office staff will do their best to ensure that you get

The per diem meal rate for SB is $59/day, subdivided as $11.80 for 
bfast, $14.75 for lunch, and $32.45 for dinner.
