Josh and Shawn,

Here's a discussion of namespaces for RDF and ontologies within the TDWG 
taxonomy community that is not unlike the discussions we've recently had 
regarding OBOE and namespaces.  Josh -- this stuff on the GUID list 
would be relevant background for the TDWG meeting.
