[seek-dev] Integrating ecogrid installation into metacat

Hi, devs:

I integrated ecogrid installation into metacat installation. Now you can 
install ecogrid query, put and auth components into metacat (sharing same 
context) during metacat installation.

The basic installation is as same as metacat intallation. There are two 
extral steps need to be done if you want to install ecogrid too:

1). In build.properties file of metacat, you need change variable 
"install.ecogrid" from "false" to "true" and specify the ecogrid source 
directory in "ecogrid.dir".

2). In metacat directory, after running "ant clean upgrade", you need to 
run "ant ecogrid-deploy" which will dynamicly generate wsdd file for 
ecogrid services.

Any suggestion and comment? If everyone agree this procedure is fine, I 
will update the metacat installation doc.
