I didn't read this email until Dan forward to me.

Yep, yesterday afternoon I found the same problem as you mentioned in
kepler cvs version. I haven't figured out yet. So currently maybe use
kepler installer is better idea for query search.

The reason why kepler installer couldn't get the data is because SRB
changed authentication policy recently(Dan and I got same error
yesterday:). I sent an email to Bing yesterday and he is working at this.
I will phone him to see what happen.
