so these are required but not described in the XSD

<xs:attribute name="system" type="xs:anyURI" use="required"/>

what's appropriate?

system 
- should be what? application name of caller, server name of caller? or?
queryId
- should be what?  is this supposed to be a unique identifier of a specific
query? or type or query? or ?
