When you try to log into the SEEK wiki, the dropdown list containing
organizations is missing several critical organizations, including NAPIER and
UVM.  We need to query the LDAP and get the complete list of organizations to be
included in this dropdown.  This is high priority because some SEEK members will
not be able to log in and contribute to the site until their organizations are
added to the list.
