[seek-dev] Ptolemy-II EML plug-in

I just realized that I had that hack on my laptop which is at home. 
I'll commit that stuff in a branch in CVS tonight and send out a notice 
to seek-dev telling you what the branch name is.

If you want to do it right now, you could probably figure it out.  Just 
try to run 'ant vrun' and you'll get several errors...most of them have 
to do with / vs. \ in cygwin.  Once you change a few of the /s to \s it 
should work.  You also have to setup the classpath that is set in the 
build.xml file as a real windows environment variable because it doesn't 
seem that using that ant call works with cygwin.  If you try this and 
want to chat, jump on #seek on IRC and I can probably step you through 
it.  It only took me about 10 minutes to get it working.
