[seek-dev] Clean up ecogrid/src/xsd directory

Hi, Everyone:

Since I didn't get any reply about the cleanup, I think there is NO 
objection for my plan. So I will do this tomorrow morning.

Again, the files will be deleted are:
emlQuery.xsd  queryInterface3.wsdl  queryInterface3.wsdl.html  
QueryInterface.wsdl
