Matt and Jing,

I had a quick installation of OGSA-DAI 3.0 in dev.nceas.ucsb.edu. The
quick installation also includes ogsa and tomcat. They are located
in my home directory as of followings.
   Tomcat home: /home3/dev/zhu/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24
   OGSA: /home3/dev/zhu/ogsa-3.0
   OGSA-DAI: /home3/dev/zhu/ogsadai-bin

With this installation, a standalone Tomcat runs in dev.nceas.ucsb.edu with
port# 8181.
Check the following link and you will see a list of OGSA services including
OGSA-DAI services.
http://dev.nceas.ucsb.edu:8181/ogsa/services
Click any link for wsdl and you will be able to see the WSDL for that
service.
