[obs] Some OBOE queries.

Hello All,

I am extremely new to the semantic web side of things but I have been a
developer for many years, so forgive my naivety with some of these
questions.

The most important question I had was this:
Is OBOE still in development and why does the sonet subdomain seem to be
inaccessible?

Secondly, could anyone point me to current projects that use OBOE or
(better yet) link me to some datasets described by it.

I have read what documentation I could find in great detail and the
structure of the ontology is very clear but (due to a lack of examples) I
am simply unable to visualise how it would accompany a data set.

I have used Darwin Core in the past and it is clear that the data is stored
within the archive, how is the metadata of oboe stored with a table, for
instance, of species occurrences?
